Terms of Service

Polar Bears vs. Warthogs · Last updated: [Month Day, 2026]

These Terms are an agreement between you and Seventh Anvil Games LLC ("Seventh Anvil Games," "we," "us") for the game Polar Bears vs. Warthogs (the "Game"). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service).

2. Virtual items

• Coins, gems, gear, skins, passes and other virtual items are a limited license to use within the Game. They are not property and have no cash value.
• Virtual items can't be exchanged for money and are non-refundable, except as required by law or by the app store's refund policy.

3. Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• The Season Pass is a one-time purchase for the current season, not a subscription.
• Remove Ads removes interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them.
• Profiles for players under 13 require a grown-up check before any purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See our support page.

4. Random rewards

• War Chests contain random gear. Chests can be opened only with free daily chests or with coins earned in play, never with real money.
• The exact odds are shown in the Game ("Drop odds") before opening, and a guaranteed Legendary-or-better reward applies within 20 gear rolls.
• In regions where paid random rewards are restricted, paid currency packs are not offered.

5. Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, modify the Game or its save files, or use automation. We may reset progress or items obtained this way.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Game and its characters, art, music and code are owned by Seventh Anvil Games or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the Godot Engine under the MIT License. See Credits in the Game.

7. Availability

We may update, change or discontinue features, events or the Game. The Game can be played offline. Some features may need an internet connection.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Seventh Anvil Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it's used.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any consumer protections you can't waive under the laws where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
